We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all CPMAI Exam Simulator purchases. This applies to one-time license purchases and monthly subscriptions (first billing period only).
No questions asked
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No explanation required.
How to request a refund
Email support@pm-career-os.de with your order details. Please include the email address you used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
After the refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the simulator is revoked. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
